A different frame

80HD (R)EVOLUTION offers a different frame for thinking about ADHD. Rather than letting a medicalized description define the whole picture, the movement centers the agency and self-definition of people with ADHD.

The open-frame graphic suggests room to name an experience from more than one perspective. Its message is a movement’s point of view—not a clinical claim or a universal account of ADHD.

Reframing does not mean every person experiences ADHD in the same way, or that individual care choices should be dismissed. It means making space for people with ADHD to describe their own lives and decide what language feels right to them.
